(sorry, english) anybody in Utrecht needs some help?

Hello, sorry about the English, I haven't been in the Netherlands for a long time.

I was wondering if there is anybody in this forum who needs a little help with errands (going shopping, light cleaning, organizing) or just a bit of company in Utrecht once a week or so, if you don't mind the english.

I have been very ill myself for some years (see the other post in English), but now it's OK and I have some energy to spare, and I'd like to give a little of it to CVS patients, if I can.

ehm, just to make sure it's clear: Utrecht in the city, cannot do more than one hour of total travelling every day..
