Om de draad weer op te pakken: nemen jullie LDN en combineren jullie dat met het exorfine dieet of niet? En is er iemand die weet of er ergens resultaten of getuigenissen bekend zijn die aantonen dat die combinatie (nog) beter werkt?
LDN werkt op de endorfinen en maakt deel uit van een geheel. Voeding is je eerste medicijn!

I just thought I would mention this as some of you might really want to try taking casein and gluten (which are not really GOOD for anyone anyway), out of your diet and see if that helps LDN work without the moodiness. Sometimes just removing dairy will do the trick, or just gluten (wheat, rye, oats and barley).
If that is an unbearable thought, and you don't want to give up your wheat and milk OR your LDN, you could at least try some excellent digestive enzymes that have been designed for autistic kids but have many of us adults using them, and for some people, this will be enough to break down the large peptides so they do not have to go on a strict diet.
Klaire Labs makes an excellent one called Vital-Zymes Complete, and one with each meal or two with a heavy casein/gluten meal helps the digestion for many of us. Just some food for thought.

As usual, I need to emphasize that seldom is LDN a stand-alone treatment, but accompanies other strategies their body needs, especially a healthy diet. No sugar, dairy or gluten.
If you are having adverse symptoms caused by LDN....
Would you be willing to stop all casein (milk products) and gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats) for a week and see if you feel better? A study done several years ago showed that 30% of us have some degree of celiac disease(intolerance/allegy to wheat) even though the clinical symptoms may not be obvious enough to alert most people to that.
When anyone in that 30% of persons stops eating wheat, they feel a lot better. The LDN may be acting like the opioid antagonist it is and causing a withdrawal reaction from taking away your fix, even if only for a few hours.
